How Are Ceramic Products Printed?
Preparation
Choose the ceramic item to print — mug, tile, plate, cup or gift item.
Design the pattern in graphic software such as Photoshop or Illustrator, and set the correct print size.
Check the printer: nozzle condition, ink level and calibration.
Printing Process
Clean the ceramic surface to remove dust and oil so the ink adheres well.
Place the item on the flatbed and adjust the height (items up to 200mm high can be printed on the A1 model).
Import the design into the printing software and set parameters such as resolution and ink usage.
Start printing automatically, and check the result — white ink layer first, then color layer, cured by UV light.
