Printers sometimes need a little attention. This page helps you solve common problems quickly and tells you when to contact our technical team.
First Steps When Something Goes Wrong
- Turn the machine off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on — this clears many temporary issues.
- Check the user manual and the training videos that came with your machine.
- If the problem remains, contact our service team with your order number and a clear description (photos or videos help a lot).
Common Problems & Quick Checks
- Missing lines or faded print — usually clogged nozzles. Run the nozzle cleaning/head cleaning function, wait, then print a nozzle test. Repeat as needed, and follow the cleaning guidance in your manual.
- Colors look wrong — run the printhead alignment/color calibration, and make sure you are using the correct profile and ink for your machine.
- Machine is not detected by the computer — check the data cable / network connection, power, and that the driver and printing software are properly installed.
- Paper or media feeding problems — check that the media is loaded correctly and the media settings match what you are printing on.
Note: the exact menu names and procedures vary by model — always follow the user manual and training videos for your specific machine.
When to Contact Our Technicians
If the quick checks above do not solve the problem, or if you see any issue that involves hardware (printheads, motherboard, ink system and so on), please stop using the machine and contact us — our technicians will guide you through diagnosis step by step. Do not disassemble the machine yourself unless instructed by our service team.
